For us, data protection isn't a footnote — it's built into the technology. That's why there is now a transparent overview of how the Trainexus dialogue simulation handles data — presented in plain language, without legal jargon.
At a glance, you and your learners can see what data is created when practising with the AI avatars, where it is processed, and how it automatically disappears again.
The essentials at a glance
- Hosting in Germany: Accounts, conversations, and feedback are stored in a database at Hetzner in Germany — inside the EU.
- Pseudonymous accounts: Logins are pseudonymous identifiers, not real names.
- Short storage, no training: The AI services we use delete the data after the session (at the latest after 30 days per contract) and never use it for training.
- Automatic cleanup: When a session ends, the data created at the service providers is actively deleted — with an audit log as proof.
The full overview shows the data flow, every data type with its purpose and retention period, the three-stage deletion concept, and your rights as a data subject.
