Role play: solution-focused counselling
Guide your client Lena from reticence to cooperation using empathetic validation and resource-focused questions.
What happens: You practise a solution-focused counselling conversation with the client Lena. You practise recognising the stages of the conversation and using empathic validation and resource-oriented questions effectively. The aim is to support Lena as she moves from initial reticence towards a willingness to cooperate, without giving direct advice or raising topics that may be triggering. You can end the conversation at any time with the stop word 'Stop!'.
What you practise here

You also receive feedback
Practice is only half the process; feedback is the other half.
during the conversation Formative
- You can request a short, specific tip to improve your next answer.
- The tip is a single concise sentence, such as “Be more precise”, “Give an example” or “Stay on topic”, so it does not interrupt the flow of the conversation.
afterwards Evaluation
- You receive feedback on individual statements, including strengths, weaknesses and specific improvements, categorised by clarity, logic, precision, rhetoric and argumentation.
- You also receive a detailed, constructive overall evaluation in the dashboard and as a PDF, clearly labelled as AI-generated.
